Cashe Nursing Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Hall Buddy mobile application.
Hall Buddy is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:
Account Information: Email address and name when you create an account or subscribe.
Usage Data: Anonymous app usage statistics to improve our features.
Subscription Data: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
We do not collect patient health information (PHI), location data, contacts, photos, or any data from your device beyond what is needed for the app to function.
To provide and maintain the app's clinical reference tools and features. To process subscriptions and manage your account. To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns.
All clinical data (shift notes, SBAR reports, task lists) is stored locally on your device. We use industry-standard encryption for any data transmitted to our servers.
Stripe for payment processing. Netlify for web hosting. These services have their own privacy policies.
Hall Buddy is a clinical reference and workflow tool. It is not an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Users should not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) into the app. Cashe Nursing Solutions is not a HIPAA covered entity for the purposes of this application.
Hall Buddy is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on our website.
