By downloading, installing, or using the Hall Buddy mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms are provided by Cashe Nursing Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
Hall Buddy offers the following plans:

Payment for the Pro plan will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings: App Store Settings > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds are issued.
The Executive plan is a one-time enterprise license. Contact support@cashesolutions.com for purchasing and licensing information.
Hall Buddy is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and nursing students as a clinical reference and workflow support tool. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Hall Buddy is a clinical reference and workflow tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals based on their training, institution protocols, and individual patient circumstances. The App is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
Reference values and clinical information in the App are provided for educational purposes. Always verify critical values against your institution's laboratory references and clinical guidelines.
Hall Buddy is not a HIPAA-compliant EHR system. Users must not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) or any patient-identifiable data into the App. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction and your employer's policies.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Cashe Nursing Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cashe Nursing Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
